hey i'm a pretty small guy and i wanted to start bulking up. I am 6'1" and about 140 pounds. I have around 8% body fat so that kinda show's you what I look like. I go to the Y 3 times a week (M,W,F) and play soccer tuesday, thursday, and Saturday. I have a pretty healthy diet with some splurges that I need to cut back on. I also take a vitamin everyday if that helps anything. But anyways i have a few questions

- What should my workout routines be?
- What should I change in my diet to bulk up more?
- Should I use protien powders or some kind of other suppliment? And if so What do you recommend?
