Welcome Newbie,
I can't believe no one has used Newbie as a handle?
Anyway, you need to do compound movements. Some may disagree because you are new but IMO Squats, Deads, and Bench are a must if you are to build. All the isolation movements are not going to do that much for you, it's compound movements that add mass.
Start light, and go slow is also the next piece of advice, check the ego in at the door. Squats and deads are very easy to injure yourself if you move the weight up too fast.
I would use a basic push/pull routine, 3 days a week, Chest/tri's/shoulders day 1, legs/abs day 2 , and Back/bi's day 3.
Your triceps are the biggest muscle in your arm, not the bicep, if you want big arms, be sure to work your tri's.
Good luck , if you do a search, I am sure you will find some routines.
