well guys and ladies I just wanted to say thanks for everyones input on my training when I needed help . I had plateaud and couldnt get out of a rut with my bench ...I originally set a goal to do 250 5 reps december 15th but it didnt happen . but last night I finally did it . I put on 185 x5 then 205x5 then 235x 5 and then 250x5 then I said what the hell and put on all my weight 300 lb's and got it up once,. I even got it on tape to prove it . with your training tips I got out of the bench every single week and started incorperating other exercices in and even started using dumbells which is a whole new world for me .....anyways I just wanted to say thanks
