hey i was just wondering if it is ok to consume roughly 1000 calories for breakfast. I generally do this and i find afterwards i don't need to eat for at least 3 hours. Is this a bit too much at once or is it sweet. Thanks.

Well even if your goals are to bulk I still think its a bit much, but if you are an ectomorph and dont worry about excess bodyweight, then I dont see a problem with it. Just as long as its not loaded in chlosterol.

yeh its pretty healthy, just oats, skim milk, 2 scoops protein powder and a bit of honey and put it in the blender. I'm 17 and about 5'11 and 210 lbs so i'm probably not in the ectomorph category and i dont wanna put on anymore bodyfat so do u reccomend reducing the amount to about 700-800 calories, or even less?

I would shoot more torwards the range of 450-500. I am around 215 or so and I eat around that to maintain.

yeah i was just doin it cause i go back to school on Tue (im in Australia) and i dont always get time to eat about 6 meals a day, which i aim for, so i thought if i ate heaps for brekkie it wouldn't matter so much if i missed a meal or 2. Still i suppose ill just reduce the amount and try my hardest to find the time to eat.

Your body can only digest so much to help you cause, what it cant it simply stores as fat.

yeah i guess so, i think ill just like halve it from now on, thanks for the advice mate.
