Justice Department memo detailing Protocol on using Drones to kill Americans

i'm not ok with the imprecise nature of these drone strikes but if they were hitting only intended targets that deserved killing booyah. fucking just wrong some guy trying to make a living selling fruit gets taken out along with his entire family etc and no matter what is claimed you know fucking well innocents are dying. i'm ok taking the right lives for the right reasons with an unmanned device though even if they are american. in reality though i don't think everyone called a terrorist is one either by any means whether it's bush at the helm or obama.

the problem is just the intended target is not killed, I was running missions with some contractors some time and we went under sniper fire and that fucker instead of accessing the situation called in a drop attack and got the wrong building. We ended up finding the sniper, well was not a sniper some random fuck with a musket trying to be heroic, but we pulled so many childrens bodys out of the building and had to stand there around with the same civillians that we were shacking hands to earlier were staring at us pissed, because we just killed there neighbors. Same shit with the tomahawks in 2003, after launching all day in april it was discusting what the innocent toll count was. When you see a 6 year olds brains smashed in from rumble from shit you did, you second guess what was right and wrong. Did we do the right thing, should we have went in tactically and ect. Some times the easy way out is not the best way out. Military members swore to protect freedom and democracy around the world. To me that is not protecting freedom, it abolishing man kind in that general area with your fingers crossed. Maybe we live in a world of pussies now, but I knew what I got my self into when I joined. I kissed my family good bye knowing my mom could be getting an American Flag.

it's little wonder more US soldiers die from suicide than combat. it is way too easy for politicians to put others in the situation when they don't have to be the ones to bear witness.

"A professional soldier understands that war means killing people, war means maiming people, war means families left without fathers and mothers. All you have to do is hold your first dying soldier in your arms, and have that terribly futile feeling that his life is flowing out and you can't do anything about it. Then you understand the horror of war. Any soldier worth his salt should be antiwar. And still there are things worth fighting for."

especially now because everyone knows it's not "a war" and nothing more than US imperialism under the guise of spreading democracy. which is bullshit in itself because WE don't even have functioning democracy in the US anymore..

both superseded by the Patriot Act, all made nice and legal with the fake ideological war on "terror". if you ask any good lawyer they will tell you that individual rights are not absolute and are subject to reasonable limits.

this is where linguistics comes into play, all words are open to interpretation.

Yup.

Black Jesus got his 20 pieces of silver for that.
