I was thinking of learning how to kickbox. It's great exercise and i figured it's something else that will keep me on my toes diet and exercise wise, what do you guys think? would it interfere with my weight lifting at all... gains wise?

I did it and never had any problems except for injuries. I received a broken rib while training ... that'll slow anyone down some. My increase in agility and stamina were extreme though.
I train with my son at home now. Last week I had a bloody nose and this week a slight shiner. My boy is taller and longer of arm than I am but I out power and out think him. For now ... he's 17 and growing![]()
