Do any of you take kickboxing? Not aerobic kickboxing but real training and combat. I just signed up. I start next Monday. 7 weeks at 2 days a week. I'm pretty exicted about it.

Years ago I did Muy Thai. It's was a lot of fun. You probably won't be allowed to spar initially, but when you do be prepared to be physically wiped out.Doublebase said:Do any of you take kickboxing? Kickboxing was created by the Japanese because Muay Thai was too effective, it made them shake in their tabi.

Realistically however, you'll want to train a mix of both known as vale tudo.
