hey i have heard alot about creatine damaging ur kidneys if u dont consume enough water, i was wondering if protein can also damage ur kidneys. By drinking plenty of water do u have nothin 2 worry about in both cases?

She thought I was going to go into kidney failure. After a lot of tests, turned out I was fine. If you have a preexisting kidney issue, then you should be careful about creatine, but otherwise, drink your water and there will be no worries.
