Lunch - Provolone cheese sandwich on a roll, lettuce and mustard, small bag of pretzels
Snack - Luna Bar
Dinner - Miso Soy Ramen Soup
Snack - Tea w/honey and grapes
5 - 6 bottles of water
Yesterday Activities:
Shoulders with 10 lb. Dumbbells
Ran 6 miles at 1.5 incline
15 minute stretch
A.M Yoga
