Is there anyway to confirm that the omnas are real ? Not trying to be rude or disrespectful but I have received bunk omnas and the only way I could tell was through blood work , but that was a while back.​

If you think about it how do you know anything is real or bunk until you do blood or chemical test? You would need to purchase and test everything before you knew if it was real.

You would have to get bloodwork, like s2h says. However, I will attest that they are indeed real...and real good. I have now been using them for months...and I have placed 3 orders for Omnas in the last 3 months. I woud not have done so if they were not legit...not to mention over-filled and super easy to break open.

You won't be dissappointed. The reason I have been posting about these Omnas on multiple boards, multiple times each is for one reason only....to build business...and how would it build business if they were bunk? Who mass advertises bunk product when trying to gain a solid customer base? That is the surest way to make sure the customer never orders again and tells everyone else the same. Only flash in the pan...get rich quick companies do that. I have been talking about these Omnas so much for 2 reasons...human-grade gear at LESS than UGL prices. Human-grade means proplery dosed and the pricing speaks for itself. Even the little things matter, like the slight over-filling and ease with which the amps break open. It is an all-around very good product.

Between 3 and 4k good calories a day and it is showing. I have put on 10 pounds in the last 30 days. I have never been 200 pounds in my life for a few reasons. My crohns disease is the main one.

My goal is to get in the best shape of my life and hit the 200 pound mark by next year. I think withi my calorie intake and work out routine along with this cycle I can get there. I am 155 right now and am proud of that. I got down to 110 a few years ago from being sick and have busted my ass to get were I am but only now have I put this much focus into watching every calorie that goes in me along with a good work out routine.

Anyway, cant wait to get them in so I cant start.

i know that test isn't a miracle fix to that but I have vowed to keep my good calories up and bust my ass to work out like i should. Those three things together should help me attain my goals.

On a side note, I had know idea that eating this many good calories would be so time consuming and hard. It is definitely a full time job. Lol. It's tough to train your body to eat when you aren't hungry. Especially when my body has associated pain with eating since in te past, that is exactly what would accur.

I have got this though. I can't wait to show you guys when I finally do hit my goal. It will be a long but fun journey.

Off topic a little....but check out John Meadows site or YouTube videos etc...if you don't know who he is...he is a very successful coach and bb that has some of the sickest conditioning you will see...the creator of mountain dog training..etc..

Anyway he has chrohn's and has part of his colon removed...but is able to step on stage as a shredded he national contender...great guy...def someone you may want to checkout in regards to training/diet/shops for peeps with chrohn's..

hire him...i prep people also..and its not that he is trying to be brief or ignore your needs..but this is how he makes his living..his prices are reasonable...espc for a guy with his cred..it would be worth ever $$$$...

Did you ask to hire him...or did you just ask for free advice? Guys like him should NOT be expected to give free advice, especially to random people he doesn't know. Like SH2 said, he makes his living off of this, so it is not fair to his other clients to answer questions for you for free, but charge others. Would you go into any doctors office and expect him to treat you for free? No...so you should not expect John to do so either. I would have done the same...sent a pre-written introduction explaining the services I offer, along with pricing. I know how hard it can get to answer random e-mails asking for drug & diet advice, especially when I can't even get my job obligations completed. Just tonight I got about 6-7 PM's asking for drug and/or diet advice, but I just don't have the time to asnwer them. If I were to give them free advice, I would have to either neglect my paying clients or put off other paying job responsibilities....and that is something I cannot do.

not to totally derail this thread(but i am)..i cant speak for Mike or any other coach out there but my mindset is this..if its a pretty basic question then i'm all for answering it..but there's point where you have to draw the line..one because there isnt enough time to do what your being paid to do by paying clients and there is the point of value for services..

some people just really are just out of the loop and truly dont know..but there are others that will try too milk every free bit of info they can out of you..so i'm sure in the case of John Meadows and a lot of the well known trainers they give a standard short response to non paying questions....

The main reason i reached out to him was because he has gone through the same things as i have with his digestion system. I was told by someone here to email him for a few pointers. I wasn't expecting him to lay out a daily nutrition plan. I guess I just thought that since we are very similar and he has done so well with his struggles, he would give me a couple of tips.

I understand this is how he makes his living and I understand if he doesn't have the time. I was just shocked to know there was someone out that that had gone through the things i have and not staying skeleton thin. I am so impressed at the way he has succeeded in the BB world. To go through what the man had gone through and still come out on top is an awesome story and a definite inspiration to guys like me who fight to gain weight every day.
