Is 90 degrees enough range of motion for these movements? When doing these exercises my lower back starts to round when I go much further.
ALL OPINIONS WELCOME:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

If your quads feel like quivering jello mounds afterwards, I'd say that's enough. However, I find that the butt gets worked out more when ya go lower.

put the seat all the way down on the leg press, it may help...

yes, the last thing that you want when doing a leg press if for your lower back to round and/or come off the bench, this will cause lower back injury. (trust me I have done it on more than one occasion!) :)

Adjust the seat like LAM said or try a different foot placement if you don't think your going far enough down. Your Knees should be comeing down to your chest.

You should never go below the point when your butt lifts off the seat....thus causing your back to round. Keep doing what you have been doing...there is no need to go any deeper than 90 degrees. Past this point not only stresses the lower back but it also puts added tension on the knees.
