I'm a little worried about my knees....on leg day while doing squats after 225 pounds I have to start wraping....once my knees are wraped there is no pain...even on my heaviest set 475x3...after my leg workout (few hours) my knees start to bother me a bit....nothing to painfull...but if I can "pop" the knee joint it takes away 99% of the pain....anyone else have this? Should I lay off the heavy squats? Just curious...don't want to damage anything permanently...
