i've been doing some laboring work, and just curious as to how i should adjust my routine around this, if at all.

should i leave my split as it is; or just do bodyparts that aren't affected by the work on my workdays, and bodyparts that are around my days off?
 
I was an auto body mechanic for 4 years and it was extremely tough to want to workout after a hard day of breathing in paint fumes. I had to adjust my workout volume but I kept my intensity high. Keep your intensity up and volume down...give yourself an extra day off or two a week to keep from burning out.
 
your caloric intake should be your main concern. I would increase cals by 1000 over maintenance to start if you are trying to gain LBM...
