Hey all,

First post, so if this is in the completly wrong place I apoligize. This time last year i weighted 261 Lbs and decided to make a change. Through the last year i have lost about 85 Lbs and I currently weight between 175-180 Lbs. I am very happy with my results so far and could never of imagined i would be this small. The only place on my body now where I have "excess" fat is around my stomache....I have been told this could be more excess skin from when i was larger but to me it feels like fat.

What would be the best way to eliminate that last little bit, I imaine it cant be more then a few pounds. Is this more to do with diet or with training.

Thanks in advance!

Diet and training are both important. Diet is probably more important though.

Couldn't agree more with you...less cals in than cals out and you're good to go. Stay consistant and have patience. Make good diet choices (lean proteins, healthy fats/carbs).

UD2 diet

1st off, congrats on the weight loss. 2nd, I would agree with above posts(diet) but if it is "excess" skin you will probably need surgery.

Congrats on the weight loss. It's about diet, but from my experience, this is most likely a lot of residual skin left over from your weight loss. Give it time and it will shrink back on its own.

men naturaly carry more bodyfat in the abdomen area
its also genetics some men have it on there chest hence man boobs
some on there back
but for you genetics said its gonna be in your abdomen
but dont worry, theres articles everywhere that will tell you that if your diet is in check an your making progress, which you have
-85 pounds thats really something
you will eventually burn off that belly fat
it is proven that it is the last place for fat to leave
just keep doing what your doing because your diet is obviously in check
you lost 85 pounds an you WILL lose more weight
so dont sweat it, the last pound are always stubborn but will come off
congratulations on the weight loss by the way

you could try intermittent fasting, its my eating habit since last year and I love it

Being male it will be the absolute last place you lose the fat. Also losing that much weight I'd say there's a good chance it is excess skin that hasn't snapped back.

But like has already been said, it's in the diet.
