I am competing in 6 days and know that i will have some things i would like to chat about.
If anyone else out there needs something answered i will also try my best to help you out, especially the "fitness chics".
BTW the photo shoot i did last week was in the paper Thursday, and it looked pretty good.
My first question is: i picked up some magnesium to take before bed, i could only get it in 150mg capsules. How many and when should i take them? I have taken 2 before bed for the last 2 days, with my Calcium.
