Hello, I haven't posted here in quite some time, but it's time for me to get back in training mode and I need to search for a proper diet again. Last year, I got help from these boards because I was a bit overweight, Well, I trained/Dieted for about a year and I was where I wanted to be, but.. since then I have stopped working out and basically went off the diet and now I find myself to be too skinny. I am like a string bean
..I am now looking to put on lots of weight. A little bit can be fat its no big deal, the last thing i need is a strict diet i can't stick to, but my main concern is just getting bigger (not competition big, just bulkier) . You probably want my current diet:

meal 1: no time, i gotta get to school
meal 2: school lunch, yum greasy fries and some type of sandwhich
meal 3: fast food
meal 4: usually a high fat, high carb, med. protein meal
yeh,, trust me i know thats terrible and I know what it should look like because i had "the perfect diet" sometime last year. My concern now is if I go back to eating "diet" foods, (brown rice, chicken, tuna, veggies, oats, etc) I am afraid I am actually going to be losing more weight then gaining. What the heck do I do? I gotta get big!
