Last Year: too fat, Now: too skinny, Goal: Get big Quick!

Hello, I haven't posted here in quite some time, but it's time for me to get back in training mode and I need to search for a proper diet again. Last year, I got help from these boards because I was a bit overweight, Well, I trained/Dieted for about a year and I was where I wanted to be, but.. since then I have stopped working out and basically went off the diet and now I find myself to be too skinny. I am like a string bean :rolleyes: ..I am now looking to put on lots of weight. A little bit can be fat its no big deal, the last thing i need is a strict diet i can't stick to, but my main concern is just getting bigger (not competition big, just bulkier) . You probably want my current diet:

meal 1: no time, i gotta get to school :finger:
meal 2: school lunch, yum greasy fries and some type of sandwhich :eek:
meal 3: fast food :cry:
meal 4: usually a high fat, high carb, med. protein meal
yeh,, trust me i know thats terrible and I know what it should look like because i had "the perfect diet" sometime last year. My concern now is if I go back to eating "diet" foods, (brown rice, chicken, tuna, veggies, oats, etc) I am afraid I am actually going to be losing more weight then gaining. What the heck do I do? I gotta get big! :p

Bulking usually isnt very strict aslong as you have the necessary macros and your lifting hard in the gym. You definetly need to eat breakfast and no time is no excuse just wake up earlier.
 
EAT, EAT, AND EAT MORE! Eat every 2-3 hours and take in 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. If you say you dont have time then you dont belong......you need to make time. This is an all day process and if you want to get bigger then lift hard and consistent as well as eating more calories (good calories not that fast food crap). Take in the correct carbs as well as well as EFA's. Also read the stickies that are posted they help a ton!
 
same here, i boil eggs, leave them in the fridge submerged in water and I just wake up early
