I need some advice....please...
In my back routine I ve been doing both latpulldowns behind the neck and the front ones (can t do chin ups yet), I have kinda emphasised ones behind the neck...now I ve read that ones behind the neck are waste of time and one should only do lat pulldowns to the front.
What do u think....?
