I see my ND in 6 days. I will ask her then and see if she can recommend someone.
Have you tried tapering off of sugar and gluten, just like stopping medication you could week by week cut your intake by 1/4th until you are completely free of them... I think that would make better sense than just stopping abruptly....wouldn't it make sense that I would feel better if I laid off all gluten and sugar? But when I eliminate all gluten and sugar, I can't sleep; I get these horrible stomach and headaches that won't go away no matter how much water I drink or how many Ibuprofen I take. How am I supposed to beat something like that when u spend the whole day bent over in pain, on the ground?

But again nothing is free, but hes the best probably in the united states for Dealing with complex biological issues..He knows intergration of hormone system, immune system, brain. I have read over 493 pages of information on integration of material he has wrote and it is mind blowing.. Wish jodi could find a some one that knows the women side of it as much as he knows a males..
Interesting because on the forums that you post at you are talking about Dr. Marianco and now you are saying that Dr. Mariano is the him. Yet they are 2 different people and Mariano didn't write about the stuff you were talking about. You are way too inconsistent to trust!
You still don't make sense.....then why is Dr. Marianco the doctor you are talking to on the boards. So are you saying there are 2 doctors? You have never made sense. Do OTB a favor and LEAVE HIM ALONE!TAKEN FROM HIS PROFILE ON MESOMORPHOSIS.COM
Sorry we can not be as perfect as you are...

i can't take your money anyways..i would feel like shit. i am gonna start the liquidex when it arrives..see if i can get my estrogen down. We will see what my doc says when they mail him the results. If he doesn't do anything, I will go see dr.Mariano in Monterey. I am sure he will be expensive. But If I do see him, he will be the last doctor I ever see.
Such BS! I think you need to re-read those lab results. His hormones are not that far off and his estrogen levels are FAR from a 40 year old women. As you heard time and time again from one of the top Drs in hormone replacement that hormones must be optimal balance in order to be healthy. Labs are good tracking devices but drs need to treat the patient and use the labs to verify the results of therapy instead of treating just numbers. Bascailly if you think about it you now experienced what is like to be a real "bitch " with estrogen levels that of a 40 year old women vs a 20 year old male.. So when you get a chick you can really sympathise with her during that timeof month..

dr.mariano was very well informed and knowledgable..he says the reason why my sugar and gluten cravings won't go away, judging from my blood tests, is because my adrenals are shot to hell. he says i also had a pre-exisitng thyroid condition and the stress just brought it out, which would explain my low body temperature. he has me on t4, hydrocortisone, dhea, pregneolone, iodoral (iodine)..when I told him I never salted my food my whole life, and judging by my low thyroid output, he suggested iodine. i am getting a urine iodine test to confirm suspicion as well as pregnenolone levels, vitamin a for possible deficiency due to my rough, bumpy skin..has me on chromium picolinate to control cravings...l-theanine before bedtime to calm me down. I have learned melatonin also stresses out the adrenals even more, so I won't be taking much of that anymore.
and for all those time I did not know what I was talking about it turned out that I was dead on from the start. May be others reading this post will look towards hormonal imbalances before sucking down paxil like its candy. Yep and all this suicide talk and all these psychiatrist and anti depressants and idiots saying its all in your head one thing you can tell them "FUCK OFF" got all the tests out today...also purchased supps and meds. Tomorrow begins Day 1 in what will hopefully be a new chapter in my road to recovery.
Good to see OTB. Keep swinging at it and you will eventually get past this. You're a very strong human being.got all the tests out today...also purchased supps and meds. Tomorrow begins Day 1 in what will hopefully be a new chapter in my road to recovery.

Doesn't surprise me about your adrenals. 1 your symptoms showed that and 2 your blood work makes it blatantly obvious. Cortef is what I take too. How many milligrams and is he having you take them with your standard circadian cycle? Iodoral is good stuff! There is a urine test that uses iodoral as well to test the uptake of iodine. It's pretty cheap its by data doctors. T4 only meds is a bit shocking because that can cause reverse t3 issues which is worse than standard thyroid problems. I would question that.dr.mariano was very well informed and knowledgable..he says the reason why my sugar and gluten cravings won't go away, judging from my blood tests, is because my adrenals are shot to hell. he says i also had a pre-exisitng thyroid condition and the stress just brought it out, which would explain my low body temperature. he has me on t4, hydrocortisone, dhea, pregneolone, iodoral (iodine)..when I told him I never salted my food my whole life, and judging by my low thyroid output, he suggested iodine. i am getting a urine iodine test to confirm suspicion as well as pregnenolone levels, vitamin a for possible deficiency due to my rough, bumpy skin..has me on chromium picolinate to control cravings...l-theanine before bedtime to calm me down.
