My goals are to get leaner and tone up my body, I am able to workout five days a week and am able to be at the gym for 2-3 hours. Can you guys give me some variations of workout routines to try out?

"Leaning out" is first diet, then training. What are your current stats? And also you really don't need (and shouldn't be spending) more than 45-60 min in the gym. I find leg day always takes longer, but otherwise overtraining is as bad as undertraining. Probably worse actually. Have you checked out the stickies on this forum? There's a lot of good starting stuff. Also I suggest googling for Mark Rippetoe or Starr 5x5. Good foundation training.

Don't worry about "toning" - no such thing really. You have bodyfat and you have lean muscle mass, You reduce one and increase the other and the end result is "toned" I guess.

Im 5'7, 175, im trying to stick to a low carb diet and trying to run for 25mins a day and do abs for about 15-20 mins.

like sassy said you have muscle mass and your bodyfat.. me persoanlly i do not belive there is such thing as a "leaning and toning" workout only adding muscle and stripping fat in doing so you will see your muscles much more defined! in terms of getting lean then its all down to your diet.

Diet, then full body workouts to deplete glycogen and force the body to run on fats. Also, full body workouts do more for enhancing metabolism then traditional bodybuilding. Shorter rests periods are also vital to maximize metabolic training.
