I find the fattier steaks taste much better. Probably a little less protein but more other nutrient dense.

I don't know if they are more other nutrient dense, but they definitely taste much better!

Agree. Case in point, prime rib. Fatty as hell, but if cooked properly, is damn good.

DAMNIT. All i want to do is spread some rep points.

Most of the first half steaks are just so damn chewy though. Ill eat them to get my beef fix but NOTHING can replace a good ol ribeye.
