I'm 29 years old 5'9 230 and out of shape badly. I made a good run with tren a few months ago but when the cycle ended so did all my motivation. I have been out the gym for about month and half now eating very poorly and feeling like shit. I also tore my meniscus and will be having minor surgery this September. I will do whatever I can to work my legs in the meantime to bring them back up.Tired of feeling like dog shit! No more fucking excuses.euro p. Test/eq combo 3x ew 600mg eacheuro p. Tren e. 300mg ewclen 80mcg Ed t3 25mg ed I will start hgh real soon and masteron later in the cycle when I lean out more.

Yea I tend to stay decent even when I don't lift. My legs are another story they loose size like a tweakeron a 7 day bender. I think I'm going to try smith machine box squats with knee wraps on. I'll look stupid but the struggle is real.

Today was cardio day I stayed on the stair master for 45 minutes. I think that's the longest I ever went. I then did abs mostly ab wheel roll outs 100,machine crunches and planks. Just priming for tomorrow can't wait for chest day. I been feeling really hot constantly and sweating like a pig from the tren,t3,clen.​

Today was a forced rest day! I must get a better gym that's 24 hour because ymcgay closes at 9 I fucking just got off. Unfortunately in my area all the 24 hour gyms are seriously weak as fuck! Tomorrow I will be getting up at 5am to make sure I go. No fucking excuses even tho I hate lifting that early but I must grow!​

got a nice little surprise from the z'ster today. I'm feeling great and I'm really going to try and hit it hard before my knee surgery in the next few weeks. I'm really liking the test/ew combo at 600mg each ew. Now that my goodies are here I can start really cutting. I dropped the clen and honestly will never run it again. It makes me feel like shit! Tren sides have went down I dropped it down to 200mg ew and seems to keep the psychotic symptoms down. Pretty soon I will drop all long esters to short besides eq.

A little over two weeks and I will get my knee repaired. I think it would be smart to wait and take my tren ace,mast,winny when I'm healed. I wouldn't want to take it and some complications come up and I wasted it. So far loving my results on the tren/eq combo with 200 mg tren e. Every workout I feel stronger and pumped. The only problem is the fucking eq hunger pains are torturous. If you have appetite issues and eq doesn't make you hungry you got issues.

Good luck on the knee. I had both scoped for meniscal repair among more major work on the left knee.
As far as EQ goes I get a little extra hungry in the 1st week but seem to break out of that issue soon after. I just bump up my water to help from eating everything in the house and my grocery store haha.

Today I went to the gym and got on the elliptical for 40 minutes. My knee has been extremely sore so I'm easing back and think I will not hit it three times each week. I might try some different strategies to keep the momentum going here. My surgery is on the 12 so not to much longer(knock on wood) everything else feels great. My libido is strong as fuck and still making progress every day!​

Right knee I was able to get backs to work a few days later and my strength and confidence back after about 1-2 months. My left knee has some major damage and much work done on the lateral ligament, patella and
Meniscus. It took a slow long build up of a yr.

17 yrs now and all is still good.

I really had had a busy weekend have not had a day off in over 9 days. Good for my money bad for my times and diet suffered. I finally have two days off this week to play catch up. Still just smashing my test and eq (exciting) but I'm really making good progress and seeing great results. 2 1/2 weeks left and counting until my surgery.

Dam I was hoping to be squatting a month after. I'm guessing leg work will be out of the question for a few months.
 

I just left the gym
40 minutes on the stair master was brutal!! I was sweating my balls off for some reason really hard like I was drinking hard liquor lol. I finished it off with
5 sets of ab roller 200 roll outs
5 sets seated calve raises
3 sets toes pointed inward

Used a electronic bf test it said I was 16.1 I'll take that give or take! I did it a while back and it said 18+ so slow and steady dropping bf. Hopefully all this cardio starts to show!​

Went really hard today, I got ridiculous pump but by the end of the workout I was highly exhausted! A rest day is much needed. Tomorrow I may just swim laps for cardio.

Don't do direct load baring. What I mean is don't do squats, dead lifts of any kind or standing calves for at least a few months. But this really depends on how much damage u have. Wait longer if u have stability damage =Ligament or tendon.

Do leg extensions, ham curls, and seated calve raises. With in 3-5 days after surgery i had to do these for rehab. Along w Ems on my left leg. As mentioned b4 my left knee had a lot of damage. Military put my on roids to recoup quicker as well.
Had to get back to jumping out of plains and helicopters lol.

I'd start w light high reps 1st for a couple of wks then once u r confident in ur stability and the submission of pain slowly build up ur strength and load. At this later point u should be able to add in sled presses to test out ur meniscus. Just be patient and give it time to heal maniacal tears r slow to rebuild if they can at all. There is not a lot of blood flow there.

Tb500 or bpc-157 or hgh r some other options to speed recovery. They do work I've used them all for some of my injuries.

What a great three day vacation on the beach with no worries. I feel great my surgery is in a few days so I'll be glad to finally get that over with. I been running the grey tops at 2iu Ed for a few days now along with test/eq. I hope I can get back to the gym after a day or two for upper body workouts. I went to lift tonight and really hit it hard.

Well all went well I had my knee scoped Friday. I had the meniscus stitched back together and some cartilage scraped out. I have horrible arthritis and will have to take meds and take it easy. I'm no longer using the crutches and start physical therapy this week. I got great pain medication so for the last two days I been just taking it easy. I will continue to use my gear and hgh and plan on hitting upper body workouts this week sometime. It could be 6 weeks before my knee is fully healed or even longer.
 
Well four days of eating like shit and popping pills like a junky got me feeling down. On the other hand I will get back in the gym tomorrow. I did some gay physical training today but I won't even log that. Sitting at 230 lbs abs still visible. Time to get back on the horse and go hard without hurting myself.​
