alright, so its obvious that these things aren't good whatsoever basically, but im curious as to just how bad they are.
im looking for something cheap and microwavable for college that i can eat to keep my calories where i need them to be - im guessing itd be safer to go with a lean cuisine or something of that sort but those are like five dollars a piece which would be impossible to afford.
