hello evryone, this other topic that i need to talk, last year i went to surgery, similar to tommy john procedure, my arm has a tear of the collateral ligament
the reabilitation was 99 % succsessful, i can move the arm extent totally and the flexion minimal restriccion, some times i fell little hurt, if move the arm rude, but i know i need to start to lift weights.
if anyone can adress me to the topic whow post pctures i will appreciate.

I don't know how much relates to my left arm injury, I tore the triceps tendon and had surgery in Feb to reattach the tendon to my elbow. I went to PT and didn't do any lifting for 2 months, then I started lifting again, but low weight high reps at least 25 reps per exercise. Doing this was to make sure the joint was fully mobile and to strengthen the tendon as much as possible before starting to lift heaver weights. Last week I started to explore heavier weights and gradually worked up. It appears I'm almost back to where I was before the injury Dec 24. So I am very happy with the results.

Here's the thread about it: http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/threads/223263-Day-6-post-op

Hope this is helpful.
