What's up guys, this is my first post on this site. I've been lifting for maybe 5 years. 5"9 185 10% bf roughly. I lift about four times a week, and my upper body is getting really Unproportionate to my legs, before you all jump on me, 4-5 months ago during a football game I turned and planted real fast on my knee and it gave out. wouldent hold weight at all. probably worst pain of my life. turns out I had complete tears of Mcl, meniscus, and Acl with a broken tibia and fractured femur. fuck me right. I had surgery right at 3 months ago and have been lifting again for the past 2-3 months and have gained a lot of the weight I lost back. but my surgeon said it would be another 4 months before I can do squats with any weight at all because of how bad it was. any advice on what I can do? sorry for the lengthiness lol. thanks.
