Hi ive been doing mostly top half of my body these few weeks and my legs look really small.
should i just work on them for a few weeks or could i still do top half but with some leg reps??
whats the best amount of reps to do to gain calf mussles??
and is there any exercise i can do to make my ankle and bottom leg area look bigger??

Why wouldn't you train legs every week? :confused:

Do you want to look like beach ball walking on stilts?
 
hehe i dont know my top half was small and i kinda got too rapped up getting my arms pecks and abs nice then i sorta started noticing my legs look small and stick like hehe
 
leg training is key to overall developement. Hitting those big muscles hard has helped my upper body growth.

I'd mix in legs ASAP.
 
Working legs is CRUCIAL to gaining muscle mass over your entire body.....you will not generate anywhere near the testosterone working ANY other body part as you do legs....I was in the same position as you for quite a while....just work upper body, and forgot the legs......well, suffice it to say I now work the legs hard!!! I mean almost puking, getting dizzy, stumbling, wobbling hard!!! You gotta!!!!! NOW HIT THE GYM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Working out legs is importent, its your legs that carry the rest of you body right. You have to hit them at lease once a week. I know they are a pain especially the next day. A few time I found myself barly able to walk a few times but you got to do it.
