Letrozole Dosage ?

42 yrs old 250lbs. Planning on starting 400-500mg test cyp/wk with letrozole. I would like input on how much letrozole to take. It comes in 2.5mg tabs. Previously at 200mg test/wk my estradiol was about double what the normal range so I use 200mg/every 10-12 days with no AI currently.

1.25 eod should suffice. Bump to 1.25 ed if you experience any estro related sides. (itchy, puffy or tender nips, moon face, etc)

Is Nova needed in addition or will the Letro take care of any issues?

Nolva will effect the power of the letro. Use the nolva once your Letro cycle is over since your going to have estrogen rebound.

Nolva wont effect the power of the letro and id have it on hand just in case. Letro is great for gyno ..but when it rears its head nolva stops it in its tracks. The nolve weaking letro came from an article by C Bino - no studies or even scientific explanation for how this occurs was given. He was simply acking his opinion stating you dont need both - just one or the other when he made this comment.
IMO both is prudent. Nolva immediately WITH letro for 7 days or so then drop nolva. In a case like this same thing - nolva for 7 days or so while you icrease letro if gyno rears its head. Letro takes a bit to build stable blood levels - the nolva acts immediately.
Nolva blocks e receptor in breast tissue. Letro stops (virtually) aromatization. What better combo short term till letro fully kicks in.

why not use aromasin instead of letro?

That is a TON of letro for not very much test, I'm running .125-.25 mg ed. I am estrogen sensitive and this worked for me at 700mg/wk test p.

I know my dick wouldn't work at those doses.

I would try and quarter the tabs, and take that eod.

Not sure which way to go.....several views but the Letro is on the way so I guess I will give it a try. I am worried due to blood test while on 200mg/wk of test showed estradiol at 79pg/ml (norm<29) and test at 1366.....5 days after injection so at 500mg something crazy might happen but never had any sides except some water retention

For tits sake you're big.

Anyway, if your estradiol was double the healthy range then that's still not all that high. It's high, just not that high. That said, you're a big dude. I'd run 1.25mg of the letro EOD and get labs done to see how your dosage should be adjusted from there.

I agree with you --- aromasin > letro ,adex etc....beautiful compound.

Aromasin at 12mg/day and 50 mg proviron would be nice to your member down stairs and help estrogen.
