I either alternate days ( mon-legs, tues-cardio,wed-back/biceps,thurs-cardio,fri-chest/triceps,sat-cardio,sun-off)
Or if you have to do both in the same day, Definitely weight train first. Cardio exhausts your body and muscles so you wont have the best results out of your weight training workout. Good luck!!
I used to do cardio on different days than weights, but I have recently switched things around (for no apparent reason!) and begun to do do cardio and weights on the same day.
In retrospect, it may be wiser to do weights one day and then cardio another so that I can train intensely on each.
