Who here uses one and doesnt use one? does anyone here think that if you have good form you dont need a lifting belt?
Me personally good form or perfect form i feel a belt should be used. A little added back support/protection cant hurt. Plus it doesnt matter what form you use, without a belt i think you have an increased risk of injury..
