i usually start off with 5minutes on the tread mill to get my bloood pumpen then do my work out which usually last between 30-40 minutes, followed by 30-45 minutes of cardio
i read most of yous on here swear by taking your post work out shakes immediately after your work out, my question is should i be drinking my shake after im finished lifting weights or after im done my cardio ?
