hey mates just joined! I'm just getting into body building, and have some troubles with benching and squats. Everytime I pick up the bar my arms start shaking (sometimes drastically), and after I'm done they shake for a little while more. Usually after I'm done it's not my arms but my hands.
Is this common for a new lifter?? Do I need to go down in weight?
I'm benching 3 sets of 100 with 10 reps. (yes I know I suck).
