i hauled redi mix concrete for 16 yrs, the company had a huge gravel pit, so we would go and lift rocks for the fun of it.no shit.it was how i trained for some of our local strongman shows.

Yeah I've seen some documentaries on how some of those stongman train...and what better way than the natural way
