Does Light Cream contain sugar?

On the nutritional fact it does not, but some of you say heavy cream is better.

:confused:
 
Light Cream has 1 G. of sugar per T. Heavy cream has 0G of Sugar.
 
If Starbucks only has half and half, light cream and milk - wouldnt light cream be best?
 
Yes it would. Its 3G Fat per Tablespoon.
