Something odd happended to me yesterday that I don't ever remember happening before.
I started to do inverted leg presses 1st being my 1st day back doing legs in some time. (Inverted leg press is the kind you lie underneath and press the weight straight up and not on any angle).

Well after my 1st set of 12 with 300, I stood up and got very light headed. but just figured I got up too quickly.
2nd, 3rd and last set, the same thing but got to a point that I thought I may pass out. I was soo light headed on the last set that I felt dizzy and eye sight a bit cloudly. I thought it best to just stop for the day.

I think I better go back to squatting 1st then presses next workout and see if it happens again. At least this way, I'll at least get squats in. God knows I need them.

I had the same thing happen to me on my most recent leg day too, I was hella lightheaded, so much so I had to stop training. It was crazy, my HR was way up and I just started to wig out after a heavy drop set on the squat, never happened before to that extreme.

Well sheit maybe there is something in the air then cause we both experienced a twilight zone effect. Freaked me out for sure. I got a bit nervous I must say. You know, being old and all. lol

Well to be fair it probably had something to do with the Oxycotton and ephedrine I had popped Bfore my Wo, Ha HA ha

Well I didn't have that excuse I didn't pop anything. fuq.

maybe thats your problem, j/k. you said that you haven't been consistent lately right, maybe you just took it a step too far that time. It happens, just be careful my man and take it step by step. I know you know that though, silly me

I'm feeling ya Gman but that was easy. sheesh. That's why I went with presses that day and not squats. Squats after a long layoff and even with 185 I can't walk for 2 days without pain. Have I mentioned I'm old EVER??? HAHAHAHAHAHA

I too get light headed during leg workout, i sometimes feel sick.

that vertical leg press is terrible...
it is good to puke every leg day :D ...i miss my lunch i ate before than....

Anyway i really appreciate that u guys don't mind the pain u get...
I come to love the pain too....
