June 6: Lindsay Lohan arrives at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.

Linsday Lohan was released from her court-mandated rehabilitation at UCLA http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2010/08/25/lindsay-lohan-reportedly-released-rehab/#in Los Angeles on Tuesday night after only 23 days, according to a source close to the case.

The insider said Lohan will now enter a rigorous outpatient rehab program.
Lohan was ordered by Judge Marsha Revel to serve 90 days in rehab, but TMZ reported that doctors at UCLA "felt Lindsay should be released from the facility immediately."

Revel has since recused herself from the case after attorneys complained she improperly contacted rehab facilities while Lohan was in jail.

The actress went directly to rehab after spending two weeks in jail for a probation violation in a 2007 DUI case.

It looks like Lindsay Lohan had a plan to stay in the public eye while in jail and rehab.

A status hearing for Lohan's probation case is set for Wednesday, but Lohan is not required nor expected to attend.

According to Lindsay Lohan???s medical report from UCLA, the actress was not addicted to cocaine as once suspected. Instead, it is believed she was misdiagnosed as having Attention Deficit Disorder and given the prescription http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2010/08/25/lindsay-lohan-reportedly-released-rehab/#

Adderall, which may be to blame for triggering her often bizarre behavior.
FOX441.com reportedly exclusively this week that Lohan apparently wanted some form of apology or compensation from the courts.

???Lindsay is fuming ??? she is really upset that the courts put her through all this,??? a source close to the 24-year-old said, referring to Lohan's incarceration and court-ordered rehab.

Lohan's mother said she wants Lindsay to come with her to Long Island, NY after she was released from rehab so she could stay away from the Los Angeles party atmosphere she was an integral part of over the past few years.

Lohan has several acting projects lined up, including the Linda Lovelace biopic "Inferno." If the UCLA rehab report that she was not addicted to illegal drugs stands up, she could also be insurable on movie sets again, experts say, opening up the opportunity for even more work.

Lohan also has been offered a reported $1 million from a tabloid magazine for her first post-rehab interview.

That don't surprise me.

She needs to be gangbanged repeatedly.

What a crock.

"Lohan apparently wanted some form of apology or compensation from the courts."

She should do the full 90, imo. The courts booted her to jail for violating probation. What doesn't she understand?

Otoh, obviously some people aren't required to follow the rules.

Yeah, rich people. That is why the justice system is a farce.

And exactly why I said it didn't surprise me. What a joke! :shooter:

I seen that pic of her snatch a while back when she was getting out of the car. That thing has been chewed up and spit out.

Who ever made the eating human meat thread probably had a go at it.

She`ll be dead by the end of the year and everyone will say"Why didn`t anyone help her? She was crying out for help."
Live fast, die young.....and stupid.

Exactly what I was thinking. She expects an appology for doing time for breaking her probation? Perhaps the rehab thing went a little too far, but there was plenty of evidence to support the judges ruling.

plus she couldn't act her way out of a wet paper bag if her life depended on it..another child TV star with no real acting abilities...she's better off standing in front of a camera and modeling.

I suspect she's been offered lots of help. People will whine and blame everyone but the person responsible for her actions. Her. She is a grown woman. Time for her to put on her big girl panties and take responsibility for her life and her actions.

I take this as motivation to be successful and wealthy, so that one day, I will have the ability to do the same if put in a legal situation. Even if people think you are wealthy, you will be treated better in life.

If we're lucky.

Here is what i would have said

The situation.(me) as a role model who (I)"provides hope for young people all over the US and the world. I provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives". :coffee:

Today in the US it's always somebody else's fault, no such thing as personal responsibility...what is to be expected when ignorance and stupidity are glamorized on TV and bad and/or risky behavior is rewarded.

The US has fallen behind in many categories to many other industrialized countries with more liberal governments than ours. decades ago WE set the standards for the rest of the world but those days are long gone.

Sad but true. I think all we lead in these days is dumb reality TV.
