Liquid egg whites and sodium

I have been using mostly liquid egg whites and whey to try and cut some fat. I have not had luck and just realized the sodium content is about 750mg per drink. I have been drinking 3 a day for 2250mg plus whatever is in the other meals. Should this be a concern? I am not lean and thought this would be a good protein option to help but feel its making me hold water and bloat in my midsection pretty bad.
 
geez thats a lot of sodium, which liquid egg product are you using? and youre drinking it?:
 
I get mine from the grocery store. A quart is $4 which is $16 a gallon. Way cheaper than the ones youncan order online which is odd to me. They all have the same amount of sodium. I drink them. I have read tons of conflicting reports on forums about bioavialability and decided based on the most recent info ive seen there is no difference in drinking them vs eating them. The sodium seems too much to me though.
