Olive Oil? She's not that skinny... really she's fairly buff for a chick I thought (especially one giving out that ridiculous advice about not getting too large/muscle shaping etc). I didn't watch the whole thing so maybe I missed some reference here.

Nooooo you didn't miss anything. I just think she's too damn skinny. Much toooo skinny to have been running any kind of serious training program on herself for very long. She has no butt, nothing on her quads or her calves, no chest or shoulders, nothing on her arms ... zip. Zero. Nadda. Fact is she looks like her way of keeping that body is by maintaining about a 1200 calorie a day diet.

If she doesn't have any experience getting her own muscles worked up than why is she trying to tell other people how to? I'm a strong ass bastard and I know what works for me but, I have no formal training on kinesiology or nutrition so I keep my piehole shut and let guys like P or duncan, who do have that training and do know what works for different people, carry the load.

She obviously has not even put the time in I have so she earned the term Olive Oil for being a skinny wench that talks too much.
