Just recently had reconstructive knee surgey back in Dec. Still not 100% but strength is definately coming back. I've had to take out Squating out of my routine instead I'm doing Power Cleans at medium weight of 185lbs. Is this a good replacement or not for squat? If not can anyone tell me what would be a next best thing beside Squating to help me pack on mass to my legs so that I don't get the Chicken legs syndrome.
