Hey,
I have a small problem right now in my diet, where I don't have a night time casein product...
I'm in college, and I don't have a lot of money.
Mainly what I have been doing is taking my 100% whey, and eating whatever food I have left from the dining hall.... but pieces of chicken probably won't help this problem... the only other thing I have right now is a lot of peanut butter.... should I throw down a couple servings of that before bed?
I can't get cottage cheese due to the fact that I don't have a refridgerator, and I don't have enough money to buy another tub of protein at this time...
Is there any foods that I'm missing that's good to have at night? Something solid...
thanks
