I finished my first cycle of 1-Andro RX /Anabolic Matrix in March 2010. I'm now at 5'10" 197lbs and looking to add more muscle but want to keep the fat gain to a minimum.
My diet is still somewhat clean. I have about 1 steak a week (T-bone or NY strip), one cheeseburger a week and ribs with a rub about once every two weeks. If I have ribs I don't have the steak. The rest of the time is salmon, salads, grilled/broiled chicken, tunafish, wheat breads, oatmealw/cinnamon, brown rice, sweet potatoes, broccoli, yogurt, fruit.
I work out 4-5 times a week 1.5-2 hours a day depending on how I split my routines which I vary quite a bit and on multi part days I do a push then a pull then back to push..etc. There's little break time between sets.

leg press 5 x 8-10

Saturday - Cardio/Ab work.
Sunday - Legs again. Light weight high rep. or heavy weight low rep. (depends on how I feel).
I'm wondering if a second hit at the 1-Andro/Anabolic matrix would benefit towards adding mass or if there's something a little more aggressive I should be looking at? Yea I know...Pin to win..etc but I've had enough needles from 20+ years in the military and just don't care to do that route so any suggestions that don't require a needle would be great.
Thanks for any input.
