hi, im 25 and weigh 12 stone. i have been training 4-5 times a week for abour 3 month. i have lost body fat and started to build muscle, but i am looking for something to get better results. nothing to serious/extreme.

any recommendation would be a big help thanx ;)
 
Id start with Creapure and then later on adding Beta-Alanine. The two become synergistic and is a great supplement to start out with. Ibcaa's and Protein Powder will also help your efforts in recovery. Ill give you some links to check out and if your over in Europe our supplements are carried there as well.
