Hi there,
first time posting with my noob questions so please keep the trashing to a minimum. And thank you in advance for reading this!
So the situation goes I'm 19, 155 lbs and 12.5% body fat. I lift with my schedule between strength training cycles and endurance training cycles. I also run about 3 miles every 3rd day. I went about 5 years sedentary lifestyle and have been doing my current physical lifestyle for about a year and a half. So my issue is I was wondering why no matter how hard I work at it, I can't get my abdominals to fully show through. I have good muscle tone everywhere else, and am naturally very skinny, and I can feel them there but just won't completely show. My diet includes eating properly based on what I learned from my personal trainer certificate but I'm embarrassed that even with my credentials my clients can't look up to me as a role model. How can I fix this and also if it's not too much trouble, what's your opinion on an ideal bf% to begin bulking, at what rate to reduce fat gains, and what bf% to stop bulking and cut and what rate to cut at without muscle loss.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post looking forward to the help but please no negativity here!
