I'm 29 Been Lifting since I was 16. Took the last year off and just came back. I work Morning watch (11:30pm ro 8:00am) so this is something I could use to push me through those long Workouts early in the Morning. 5'9 163lbs... The Avvy was me when I was 180lbs. I've always gain everything back very fast. But like I said odd hours, Family and working two Jobs.... This is just thing I need.

im a 51 yr old male 5'9" 260 with a 25% bmi ive been lifting for 4 yrs now after i crushed 5 verti-bre in my neck im more into the bulky thing im a nobody in this sport but i work out 5 days a week just started the push pull routine i just started a cardio routine 3 wks a go 60 minutes a day so please let me do this i will give a fair and honest report once a week or every other week what ever u like let me show what i can do with the E-911 program

Hey man the product arrived today but as of right now I am so damn sick. In fact I believe I have the swine flu and I am going to the doctor on monday. I will be posting a log as soon as I get better, right now I haven't gone to the gym in 2 weeks. Thanks again.
