So, I read somewhere that eating every three hours is good for you, but I've never done that, and whenever I start to eat, it seems I overdo it. Another thing, ever since Thanksgiving, I have been able to eat and eat and eat and not get full, is something wrong with me?
My main question is, am I supposed to eat every three hours of my day if I have no cardio and I only weightlift? I know right now that I eat way too much to lose weight. When I eat healthier foods, I never seem to be full and end up going back for more. In doing this, I feel like I might as well be eating less food, but bad food.
