low body fat, but don't look it

I am now 17 years old and have been working out (regularly) for 3 years.
My body fat keeps reading at 10%, and I have a large amount of muscle. However, my muscles always seem to look alot more out of shape than they actually are. Is it because I drink alot of liquids, or just extra skin covering my body?:confused: How do I get tighter muscles?

how are you getting your body fat tested ? because at a caliper measured 10% body fat you would not look out of shape...
