Hey guys! I've just finished my bulking, and I am interesting in going on a low carb high protein diet, as I am going on holiday next month(hopefully, but its a bit iffy with the war that might happen
) and I want to lose some fat, but at the same time stick a bit more muscle on my arms. I am currently 201 pounds, and I have gained a bit of fat from bulking. Would about 360g of protein and 80g of carbs a day be good enough to gain a bit of muscle and lose fat? My plan at the moment is to weightlift on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and do cardio on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday for 45 mins. Lastly, I have quite big thighs, but in a bad way, as they are quite fat. I want to make my legs smaller, im fed up of having trouble wearing trousers! Thanks! Hope you can help me!
