Dont take this thread seriously mate, this is just a joke.latinakhattar said:I been taking the natural herb STEVIA to sweeten my tea and coffee. It takes a while to get used to because of the aftertaste, but now I don't leave the house without it. I am new to this and would love some advise. I am 31 years old and I have 3 daughters 6,4 and 18 months. I am 5'8 and weigh 133 pounds. I am not worried about my weight but I want to be toned all over and go down a size or 2. ( I wear a 7/8) . Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Look into the training forum. There are some helpful stickys on training . Dont be afraid of weight training, it will not make you all 'big and bulky'. It is a great way to get 'toned', as you put it. And yes you can use the same routine/exercies guys use, coz you have the same muscles as us. Weight training helps in increasing/maintaining bone density which is very important for women. This must be accompanied by a proper diet as well.latinakhattar said:I been taking the natural herb STEVIA to sweeten my tea and coffee.
