hey i'm new, Fetusaurus Rex sent me from another forum to ask what are some good really low impact exercises that I can do? i recently found out i have some semi serious medical problems, and as a result i had to have some bone removed from my hip and lower back. I am basically only extremely sore, exercises like situps and crunches are sadly too painful to do right now and the medication i've been taking is making me gain weight. Any advice would be helpful and i thank everyone in advance.

I promised him he could get some good answers here, so dont make a liar out of me, for serious sirs. :thumb:

i don't have any access to a pool unfortunately, i really wish i did though...

This might be a little easier if we had more information about what you can / cant do and exactly what treatment you've had and how long ago etc

you guys can do better...???

I know there are a lot of intelligent people on this forum that is why I send my friends here for information, Ill have him post whatever info you guys need to help him out better....

Thanks McSirs!

You would really need to see a specialist physical therapist to find out what exercises you can and can't do if you have a serious issue with your hip and back. Taking other's advice on the subject would be foolhardy IMO.
