im 14 and awhile ago i started getting lower back problems after doing weights, it was very slight pains nothing major, bit i didnt want to take en risks, so i stopped for a few weeks, tryed again once, but no it still gave me slight pains. I've asked people for advice and they say carry on doing weights becuase it will make your back stronger and will stop it hurting.
But i decided to come here, for you guys professional advice
What do you think, should i carry on doing weights or stop?
(p.s the weights i do are quite light, its not that im over doing it)
