I've strained and pulled muscles before but this time I think I fucked up a vertebrae.

Pain killers dont touch it. Right and left leg hurts.

3 nights straight with two or 3 hours sleep.

Options ? Toradol maybe

You try a muscle relaxant? Even a slipped disc causes painful muscle spasms

Just got a toradol shot

Don't forget to link this thread fuck boys.....

You know who you are ?

Tell me how it feels to get refunds from escorts ?

Fuck boys. ASF is full of them

I had the same issue. Slipped a disc 4mm and it was sitting on my sciatic nerve. Had shooting pain down my right leg. I finally caved and went to Laser Spine Institute in Florida and had back surgery. They put rods and screws in to hold the disc in place. That was 5 weeks ago and I feel like a new man. Still cant lift for another 7 weeks, but I'm already back doing cardio and getting around a lot better than I was before surgery.

I'd recommend getting an x-ray done and having a doctor review it. Depending on what they find, they'll probably send you in to get an MRI. That's the process I went through anyways. Good luck.

Went this morning.

Got a toradol shot . 60% better.

Could be from taking a break. Gym and gears. Plus I retired to spend some time with my little boy.

Never knew I was capable of loving anything. Hell I just watch him sleep at night. Id put up a picture but the fuck boys trying to get internet pussy would do something stupid. Then I'll be on my way to Orlando on burrfucks door step

That sciatic is a bitch. This was the 3rd time that I pinched mine b/c of my back. The first two times, it went away after a month or so. This last time, it had been hurting since August of last year and never went away. Doc had me on nerve pain killer meds and tramadol every day for months and they did nothing.

But seriously, if you do go the rout of surgery, I'd recommend talking to Laser Spine Institute. All the docs I talked to here in Houston wanted to filet my back open like a book which would have required months of recovery and most people I talk to regret ever doing it. LSI is minimally invasive and I was up walking within an hour or so of surgery. Hopefully you wont require a fusion like I had though. Decompression surgeries where they just shave down the bone some are quick and require something like 2 stitches.

as long as you feel its muscle strain youll be good, its when you get a bulge disk that shit never goes away
