Just posting this for informational purposes for those that may be curious as to how methyl 1-test and methyl 4-AD compared FOR ME in terms of results over a two week period. I gave my 2 weeks M 1-T results in another thread, but will summerize again here:
Just did a two week cycle of methyl 1-Test (VPX brand) at 20 mg per day, split into four 5 mg doses. I was on just below maintenance calories and only an average of 75 g of carbs per day.
After 1 week off and using Aromadex at 12 cc all gains intact.
Starting stats:
-weight 230
-bodyfat 6%
-dumbell bench press (just for a strength measurement) 150s x 5
Ending stats:
-weight 234
-bodyfat 6%
-DBP 150s x 7
Sides...major lethargy for 7 days, but mild thereafter. Nothing else significant to report.
Just did a two week cycle of methyl 4-AD (VPX brand) at 250 mg per day, split into four equal doses. I was on just below maintenance calories and only an average of 75 g of carbs per day.
Starting stats:
-weight 234
-bodyfat 6%
-smith machine bench press to throat (strength measurement) 285 x 5
Ending stats:
-weight 238
-bodyfat 6%
-SMBPTT 335 x 5!
Sides...nothing really except for a few extra blemishes on skin (nothing major).
After being off for 2 days at this point, all gains intact with use of Aromadex at 12 cc per day.
Ok, comparing the two, I like MAD even better than M 1-T. Here's why...
-weight gain =
-water retention...none for either
-pumps/feeling of muscle fullness...better with MAD
-aggression in the gym...better with MAD
-strength...although I made nice gains in strength with M 1-T, the 50 lb jump with the SMBPTT was unreal to me...I was considerably stronger in all exercises with MAD, but only a few with M 1-T
-bodyfat unaffected with either
-NO lethargy with MAD...actually felt good all the time
Guess thats about it. Just wanted to give some solid feedback. I hope it was useful. If you have questions please ask.
